Depending on the form or message, this may include your name, company name, job title, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the details of your enquiry. Product details may include specifications, materials, finishes, drawings, quantities, destination port and import arrangements.

Please provide only information needed for your business enquiry. Our quotation forms do not ask for identity documents, passwords or payment card details.

2. How we use enquiry information

We use the information to understand purchasing requirements, assess whether we can supply the requested products, prepare quotations, answer questions and follow up on the enquiry or a resulting order. Sending an enquiry does not place an order or create a purchase obligation.

3. Communication services and disclosures

Enquiries may be handled using Meta, WhatsApp, email and the service providers involved in those communications. These platforms also process information under their own privacy policies. Information may be shared as needed to handle the enquiry or a resulting order, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.

Our business is based in Handan, Hebei Province, China. Information sent to us may be accessed and handled by our team in China.

4. Keeping enquiry records

Enquiry information is retained for handling and following up on the request, related business records and applicable legal requirements. The relevant period depends on whether an enquiry proceeds to an order and the records involved.

5. Questions, corrections and deletion requests

Contact us using the details below if you want to ask how your enquiry information is used, correct it, request deletion or ask us to stop further enquiry follow-up. Please identify the enquiry and the contact details used when submitting it. Some order or other records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal requirements.
